Hi Tim, Just letting you know that my DVR arrived on Monday 24th (last week) after only being away for a few days. There was a fault with the main board and the board was replaced. Everything is now working fine, and I am very pleased with the service demonstrated by yourselves, and the speedy turnaround. Many thanks. Tim, It works!! And I love it. I finally got another door entry engineer in and he found the problem straight away! (more money!) The part that was sent wasn’t used. So I am sending back with a note saying that, I hope they won’t be too angry with you. So I am now programming up tags ready for the big swap over day. I enjoy reading your newsletters, there are things I never imagined existed. But I was interested in the video recording key hole thingys. I don’t think they are exactly what I am looking for, so let me explain. The building has an alarm and the last person out is supposed to set it. Sometimes this isn’t done. The new key fobs let me know when people arrived, but not when they left. I like the idea that it had a motion sensor, so we will be able to catch the culprit as they leave.
