Hochiki's CDX Detector range offers one of the most extensive product portfolios available, providing solutions for most conventional fire detection applications as well as security systems, due to its wide operating voltage range (9.5~30V).

The SLR-E3 is a Photoelectric Detector, which is fully compatible with the majority of existing Conventional systems.
The SLR-E3 incorporates Hochiki's unique 'High Performance Chamber Technology' removing the need to use Ionisation Detectors in the majority of applications. This also allows the Detector threshold level to be increased, thereby improving the signal to noise ratio and reducing susceptibility to false alarms. An integral third terminal provides remote indicator output and the wide voltage range means the SLR-E3 can be installed within security systems.
The smoke chamber is easily removed for cleaning or replacement.
Model DCD-AE3 is a Rate of Rise Heat Detector with a 60°C fixed temperature element using a thermistor and linearising circuit to provide an accurate linear response Heat Detector.
The DCD-AE3 is ideal for use where medium ambient temperatures exist, such as drying rooms or where Smoke Detectors are unsuitable because of the presence of steam or cooking fumes such as in a kitchen.
The DCD-AE3 is supported by a wide range of bases for different applications and these are supported on the majority of conventional systems. A third terminal provides remote indicator output.

Model YBN-R/6 is a Conventional Detector Mounting Base associated with the CDX Range of Detectors and is fully compatible with the majority of existing conventional fire alarm control panels.It is supplied with square cable clamps for secure and reliable cable termination but the base does not provide line continuity during detector removal, therefore if Call Points are being used then these should be wired onto the zone first. The integrated third terminal provides remote indicator output.
Model YBN-R/6SK is a Conventional Detector Mounting Base with in-line Schottky Diode, associated with the CDX Range of Detectors and is fully compatible with the majority of existing conventional fire alarm control panels.
It is supplied with square cable clamps for secure and reliable cable termination and the base provides line continuity during detector removal. Therefore if Call Points can be wired in any order on the zone providing a suitable panel and End Of Line (EOL) unit is used.
The integrated third terminal provides remote indicator output.
Model YBO-R/6PA is a Conventional Detector Mounting Base for 2-Wire S systems where detectors and sounders are on same zone cables.
