The MRNode is a Class 6 Radio Expander with internal aerial. The expander allows you to connect eight radio detectors to an M-Series or 95EN system. In addition each expander also provides for up to eight telecommands, PA transmitters or pendants.
The MRNode connects to the control unit by way of the Node Network wiring. The radio detectors operate on 868.6625MHz.
Each radio detector and remote setting device contains a digital identity code that the MRNode unit ‘learns’ during installation. The code is one of over 16 million possibilities. This ensures that the MRNode will not respond to any other detectors or telecommands apart from the ones it has learned.
Note:
The MRNode is designed to work with the M-Series and 95EN control units. Do not attempt to connect the MRNode to any other control unit, unless recommended in that control unit manual.
