This block controller is a powerful device which allows the VX2200 system to be expanded up to 998 flats. Each 2206N can control 180 flats and can be used in one of two ways.

The first application is a two level system with main entrances and sub/block entrances, where main entrance can call all flats and block entrances can only call flats in their own block. In this application, one 2206N would be required for each block of flats.

The second application is a single level system with up to 10 entrances whereby all entrances need to call all flats. In this case, a 2206N would be required for every 180 flats and can be used to expand the system to 998 flats.

The digital door panel will be able to call up to 1000 apartments. Up to 16 2206N can be connected to the same system.
