Note:

This service is to provide remote telephone support to connect your CCTV system to the internet only and requires that the DVR is connected to the router at time of provision. Once your system is connected you will be able to view using a PC via the internet.

Mobile Smartphones:

To permit view via mobile phones will require the DVR to be connected to the internet and the use of an app provided by the DVR manufacturer, the provision and set up of apps is not part of the service provided.

Dynamic IP issue:

If your internet provider is unable to provide you with a static IP address you may need to check your IP address at regular intervals in order to dial into your system, should this be the case and you do not wish to use this workaround,  we can set you up with a dynamic host name that will track the IP address. This service is charged at £5 per month or £50 per annum.
