Phoenix products are heavy and can require specialist delivery equipment, if you have no lift and need the item delivering via stairs please select option 3 in checkout to have your item professionally delivered to where you intend to use it, all packaging materials etc are taken away by our team

Occasionally your insurance will require the unit to be installed by an accredited company. Products requiring delivery & Installation are no problem, simply select this option in checkout and our professional installation team will take over, you will receive a certificate from our team following completion

All Phoenix products are normally supplied ex stock and delivered in 2 - 3 days. Some deliveries can take up to 5 days some products are special order items and can take up to 10 days, delivery times vary, please email us for delivery details for your chosen product

UK Mainland Delivery Options

Ground Floor Drop Off - Kerbside (2 - 4 Working Days)

Products are normally in stock and shipped same day (order by 12:00), note: kerbside delivery is via a vehicle with a tail lift only, you will be required to move the item into your premises and fix it into place.

Please be aware that moving products which can weigh 100 - 1000Kg will require specialist equipment especially where flights of stairs are involved. On occasions these items can take longer to deliver, on these occasions, you will receive a communication with the expected delivery date.

Delivery & Position/Installation (5 - 10 Working Days)

Products requiring delivery & position will take up to 5 working days to arrange, delivery and position service includes moving the item into the location prepared within your premises providing this takes under 1 hour, this service excludes any fixing.

Your insurance company may require the product to be installed by an accredited company, Products qualifying for delivery & Installation will take up to 10 working days to arrange a delivery with our installation team, we will communicate with you to ensure delivery is completed in the shortest suitable time frame and to discuss your requirements for the installation.
