Need to return an unwanted item?

Need a warranty repair/replacement?

Q: I have attempted installation. Can I return my goods?

A: Unfortunately not. Though if you have installed the goods and they are faulty, please contact us.

Q: I am outside my returns window. Can I return unwanted goods?

A: Unfortunately not.

 

All returns require a returns material authorisation (RMA) from the manufacturer, please complete the form below and we shall apply for an RMA on your behalf. If you need to return several items please complete one form per item (or kit). We will email the RMA number and the return address ASAP, usually same working day, but some items may take longer.

Unwanted goods must be returned for credit within 14 days of receipt and will be checked by the manufacturer to ensure they are new and complete, no refunds will be issued prior to completion of this process. some manufacturers apply a re-stocking fee to unwanted items. All returns are to be shipped directly to the manufacturer for processing using the RMA we shall provide

NOTE: Scantronic (Eaton) Products - Special Returns Conditions are imposed by Eaton for faulty goods - the engineer must call Eaton Scantronic technical support line from site to discuss the fault, if they accept the item is faulty they will provide a TSR number, no Scantronic parts can be accepted back without this number.

NOTE: Unwanted items must be in new, unopened, unused condition, less than 14 days old and are subject to manufacturers re stocking fees

Faulty is not acceptable, we require a brief description of the problem and the steps taken to test the item by your electrical engineer or installer
 
 
Scantonic (Eaton) parts cannot be returned without a TSR number, engineers must opbtain this from Scantronic ideally whilst on site.
