The Powerful VIPER-H5-49R NVR is aimed at high-end larger systems. Capable of recording 49 H265 4K cameras in real time. This combined with its advanced search functions makes it an ideal choice for larger systems. The NVRs are housed in 2U high server type rack mount, allowing them to be installed in standard 19” rack mount cabinets. This chassis is designed to have up to 8 swappable hard drives, making it is possible to have up to 80Tb of onboard storage. The hardware Raid functon supports Raid 0, 1 5 and 10.

The NVR has 2 HDMI connections, the main output supports 4K resolution, while the secondary output supports Full HD. If more monitors outputs are required for larger systems, then using Vista innovative PoE powered Monitors with in-built decoders, makes it possible to display cameras at any point on the network.

Multiple Vipers can be viewed and controlled using Vista’s Viper Central software, which can display up to 256 cameras across 4 live monitors displays.

The Vipers unique “WARP” function enables the operator to connect to any other Viper on the network, and display cameras from that remote Viper on the monitor output on the local NVR. This allows the operator to view and control cameras in both live and playback as well as get into the set-up menus of the NVR for remote configuration. Ideal if the NVRS are spread across a large site.
